We executed a full-scale, three-day production at Renata at Lakewood Ranch — capturing both video and photography across the entire community. Our crew directed five professional lifestyle models to bring the brand experience to life, staging authentic resident-focused moments across amenity spaces and model units. Production covered cinematic b-roll, interior and exterior ground coverage, aerial FAA-approved drone flights, and full day-to-night transitions to highlight both daytime vibrancy and the property’s elevated after-hours atmosphere.
We documented every major touchpoint — leasing experience, pool and wellness areas, co-working lounges, social spaces, outdoor activations, and beautifully furnished model residences — delivering a robust suite of high-end photo and video assets built for web, social, paid campaigns, and long-form brand film use.
