For the 200 W Ocean project, our scope involved creating an engaging video production that highlights the multifamily property’s prime location, spacious open-concept floor plans, and its clean, modern aesthetic. We planned to utilize high-quality video production techniques, professional photography, and strategic drone work to capture the unique aspects of the property comprehensively. This approach was designed to emphasize the property’s architectural details and the attractive environment, providing a captivating visual experience that showcases its appeal to prospective residents and investors.
