This 105,000-square-foot work of art appears to float above the very city of Los Angeles itself, elevated for maximum panoramic views and surrounded on three sides with a shimmering moat of water. Ten years in the making, the one is the largest and grandest house ever built in the urban world. 360-degree views of the Pacific Ocean, downtown LA, and the San Gabriel Mountains await out every vast window.

Scope

For this project, we had the privilege of producing a high-end video for the monumental home famed for being the largest in the urban world, spanning over 100,000 square feet. After a decade of construction, this architectural masterpiece was unveiled and prepared for sale. Our client requested a focus on the home's lavish communal spaces, including an IMAX theatre, bowling alley, spa, and salon, as well as its opulent bedrooms. Our aim was to capture the essence of luxury and innovation that defines this once-in-a-lifetime residence, showcasing each feature in a way that invites viewers to imagine the unparalleled experience of living there.

Discretion was paramount during production due to this home's pre-sale fame. Upon launching, the video marketing campaign quickly caught fire, propelling the house to viral status all over social media & news outlets. This extensive buzz contributed to its eventual sale for $140 million. Our clients were thrilled with the results, celebrating the successful exposure and remarkable sale of this iconic property.
