About

MICC Business Park is one of the largest business hubs in South Florida, spanning over 1 million square feet with prime proximity to Miami International Airport. Serving as a key logistics and business center for the region, our client engaged us as part of a global portfolio refresh to update their marketing assets across web, social, and broadcast channels.

Our mission was to capture the scale, accessibility, and tenant activity of MICC while ensuring zero disruption to daily operations within the park.

Scope

For MICC Business Park, we managed the full creative process, from planning to delivery, while ensuring zero disruption to tenant operations. Due to the property’s close proximity to Miami International Airport, aerial drone capture was not feasible, so we leaned into creative ground-based capture methods to highlight the property’s massive scale and prime location. We utilized a mix of ultra-wide, telephoto, and dynamic ground-level compositions to convey the size and functionality of the park while showcasing truck courts, loading areas, landscaped spaces, and active tenant operations.

Additionally, we captured extensive 4K ground video footage, providing the client with a rich library of raw assets for use across television, digital, and social media campaigns. The project delivered over 200 high-resolution, web-optimized and print-ready images, each color graded to align seamlessly with the client’s global branding standards, supporting their broader portfolio refresh initiative.

Client Feedback & Results

The MICC Business Park production delivered a fresh, high-quality visual library that strengthened the client’s global portfolio marketing efforts. The updated photo set now anchors their leasing and marketing materials, enabling consistent visual storytelling across digital and print campaigns.

The raw video footage captured during the shoot provided the client with versatile assets for their broader campaigns, including television spots and social media reels, highlighting the property’s scale and accessibility. Most importantly, the entire production was executed without interrupting tenant operations, demonstrating our ability to capture even the largest assets with efficiency, precision, and respect for onsite stakeholders.
