Nestled between the Pacific Ocean and Ballona Wetlands in Playa del Rey, Mariposa at Playa del Rey Apartments blends coastal charm with resort-style living. The community offers newly renovated one and two‑bedroom homes featuring stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops, in-home washer/dryer units, spacious walk-in closets, private balconies, and the option of fireplaces .
Mariposa’s resort-like amenities include a Junior Olympic–sized swimming pool, spa, sun deck, outdoor BBQ areas, a 24‑hour fitness center, leash‑free dog park, EV charging stations, controlled access with gated entry and assigned garage parking, plus additional storage. Moments from Dockweiler and Toes beaches, bike trails, cafes, and boutiques - Mariposa offers easy access to Playa Vista, LAX, and West L.A. while providing laid-back coastal vibes.
Scope
For Mariposa at Playa del Rey, we produced a cinematic promotional video that highlights its unique coastal-resort ambience. Production included enaging videography of the pool and sun deck, interior cinematography showcasing bright, modern units with quartz kitchens, and lifestyle footage featuring fitness sessions, BBQ social scenes, and beachside biking. As part of our ongoing collaboration with Equity Residential, we maintained a consistent visual identity across their Westside properties using a refined, brand-guided production workflow.

Equity Residential praised the Mariposa video for authentically translating its beach-adjacent luxury into compelling visuals. The video boosted digital engagement across the property’s website and social platforms.
