Scope
For STOA Apartments, we produced a cinematic video capturing the property’s modern aesthetic and lively urban setting. The production included aerial drone footage showcasing the vibrant Little Tokyo neighborhood, cinematic interior walkthroughs of the spacious units, and lifestyle scenes highlighting amenities such as the rooftop deck, pool, and community lounge areas. This project is part of our continued collaboration with Equity Residential, ensuring a consistent, high-quality visual narrative across their Southern California portfolio, utilizing a refined production process aligned with their brand identity.
