Homes feature newly renovated interiors, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, fireplaces, in-unit washer/dryers, and private balconies, all enhanced with smart, eco-conscious touches . The community amenities rival those of a luxury resort, with two sparkling swimming pools, a 24-hour fitness center, spa and sauna areas, an outdoor BBQ courtyard, clubhouse with business center and game room, gated access, covered parking, and resident storage options ().
Scope
For Pacific Place, we delivered a high-end promotional video emphasizing its coastal-meets-city lifestyle, showcasing the pool decks, intimate interior walkthroughs showcasing lofts with 24-ft ceilings, and vibrant scenes of communal BBQs, fitness sessions, and lounge gatherings. This project continued our collaboration with Equity Residential, ensuring visual cohesion and premium storytelling across their Southern California portfolio, all executed through a refined, brand-centric production workflow.
