Scope
For Pegasus Apartments, we created a cinematic video showcasing the property’s blend of historic architecture and modern living. The production included dynamic aerial drone footage capturing the iconic Art Deco facade, interior walkthroughs of the spacious, light-filled units, and lifestyle-driven shots highlighting amenities such as the rooftop pool, fitness center, and resident social spaces. This project is part of our ongoing partnership with Equity Residential, ensuring a cohesive, high-quality visual narrative across their Southern California portfolio with a streamlined production process aligned with their brand.
