With its central location steps away from top dining, shopping, and entertainment options, Next on Sixth seamlessly combines the energy of Koreatown with modern comfort, providing residents with a lifestyle rooted in convenience and community.
Scope
For this proejct, we produced a cinematic video capturing the property’s modern design and vibrant community atmosphere. The production featured dynamic aerial drone footage highlighting the rooftop pool and Koreatown skyline, interior walkthroughs showcasing bright, contemporary units, and lifestyle-driven shots of the fitness center, coworking areas, and outdoor lounges. As part of our ongoing partnership with Equity Residential, this project maintained consistent, high-quality visual storytelling aligned with their brand, ensuring seamless integration into their Southern California portfolio.
